I just wanted to thank you for your great work on a ring I ordered as a birthday gift for my best friend. Your suggestions made the ring design even better than I imagined. My friend just loved all the special items on her story ring. I have a Celtic rune ring that I wear everyday. You guys are great. Just wanted to thank you and I know I will be ordering from you again in the future !

Dear Reg and Bob,
Last Sunday Doug and I got married in Wyoming, NY. The day went perfectly and our guests were impressed with the site, the music, the food, even with our wedding rings. Everyone remarked on how unique they are, and I took great pleasure in pointing out how the design was actually our initials and wedding date, entwining and circling the rings. Naturally, everyone wanted to know where we had them done. When we told them that your place was on Grand Island, they wanted to know how we heard of you. They were very surprised when we told them it was the Internet, which is, in our opinion, the best place to shop!
We live just south of Rochester where there is a plethora of those "average" jewelry stores. They're always advertising how people come from all over the country to purchase jewelry here, and I can't imagine why. Both of us were not impressed with the designs or the prices and decided that your place would be worth the drive to Grand Island after checking out your website.
As you know, we were not disappointed and enjoyed meeting and talking to you and your staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We even "explored" Grand Island and the other businesses during both trips to your place. I made use of your other website featuring the sights and businesses of Grand Island to learn about the area.
Thanks again for your profession artistry in creating a lifelong symbol of our love and vows we made together. We feel that as a unique couple, we deserved something above the ordinary. Thanks for making that possible. Sincerely,

I don't know if you will remember us, but we are finally stealing away a few moments to THANK YOU for the wonderful job you did on our engagement ring!! We had the "rollercoaster" design with the dual-colored roses on the sides - and with your help, one of the most stunning diamonds I have ever seen. As long as I can remember, we wanted "something different" as an engagement ring - something that would reflect our love for one another - something that no-one else would have. And that is exactly what you were able to do for us. Not only were you patient time after time, but you devoted a lot of time and energy into making this ring exactly what we wanted. We were often vague, and you gave us wonderful ideas to work with. Before we received the ring, I was telling myself, "don't expect what you have envisioned - it will never meet your expectations" - but when it came - it was even prettier than what I had expected!! Needless to say, I am 100% satisfied and constantly get comments on how beautiful the ring is (and it's been 9 months since we got engaged). As a matter of fact, I have a friend that was recently engaged which has close to a 3ct ring (mine is .65ct)- absolutely stunning - but she commented how much more she liked mine because of it's originality. And I feel that way too. It wasn't a matter of money (although you worked with our strict budget) - you cared enough to make the ring of our dreams. We just got the rings yesterday, and they look GREAT! We tried them on, and they fit just fine. Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job. I am still a little torn about oxidizing the recessed parts of the ivy band, but I think that I like it the way it is. We're both very happy.
